Czekalski Real Estate Appraisal Service was founded more than 45 years ago. We have continued to grow throughout the years because of our ability to adapt to the constantly changing business climate and our dedication to meeting our clients' needs.
Wallace Czekalski is president of the company and oversees a staff of full-time, state certified appraisers. We adhere to a strict code of ethics and continue our education by completing numerous advanced courses each year.
Michelle Bradley and Wallace Czekalski are Certified National USPAP instructors and teach real estate appraisal courses nationwide for McKissock Real Estate and Appraisal School, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and other organizations.

Appraisal regulations, including USPAP, are continually changing. We keep up-to-date with them through membership in several national appraisal organizations, the Appraisal Foundation Subscription Service and Appraisal Continuing Education. Several of our appraisers have extensive experience teaching various real estate appraisal courses, including theory, USPAP and FHA regulations.
Our company has a broad client list which includes commercial banks, mortgage companies, credit unions, finance companies, utility companies, attorneys and individuals.
Our office employs state-of-the-art technology, including the most popular appraisal software packages. We have the ability to electronically transfer appraisals directly to your office complete with electronic signatures, digital mapping and sketching.
