Craig Malits

Craig Malits joins our firm as a seasoned commercial valuation specialist, bringing more than 28 years of experience to our appraisal team. A Pennsylvania Certified General Appraiser, Craig has completed appraisal and review assignments across a wide range of property types, including office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, investment-grade, and special-purpose properties. He is known for his thorough market-analysis approach, clear communication, and commitment to delivering credible and well-supported conclusions.

Prior to joining our firm, Craig worked in CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services group in Pittsburgh, where he focused on industrial properties and large-scale commercial assignments. Before his time with CBRE, he spent more than two decades as an independent fee appraiser serving lenders, attorneys, municipalities, and private clients throughout Western Pennsylvania. He has also been accepted as an expert witness in multiple county courts across the region.

His extensive experience and practical, market-based perspective strengthen our commercial valuation services and support our commitment to providing clear, credible, and timely appraisal results.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys fly fishing the streams of central Pennsylvania and coaching soccer and indoor soccer.
